Delete your data

You can delete your Ownly account and everything in it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to Ownly on the web, iPhone or Android.
  2. Open Settings and choose Delete account.
  3. Confirm. You may be asked for your password, or to sign in again, first.

Ownly deletes your account and all of its data right away: tasks, categories, exercise and meal logs, daily health entries and your profile. This cannot be undone.

Ask us by email

If you cannot sign in, write to support@ownly.cloud from the email address on your account, with the subject “Ownly data deletion request”. Once we confirm the request, we delete the account and all of its data.

What we keep

Nothing, unless we must keep a record for security, fraud prevention or legal reasons.

Google and Apple accounts

Deleting your Ownly account does not delete your Google or Apple account; manage those with the provider. If you signed in with Apple, Ownly also gives up its access to your Apple ID when you delete your account.

你随时可以删除 Ownly 账号和其中的全部内容，有两种方式。

在应用里删除账号

  1. 在网页、iPhone 或 Android 上登录 Ownly。
  2. 打开“设置”，选择“删除账号”。
  3. 确认删除。系统可能会先请你输入密码或重新登录。

Ownly 会立即删除你的账号及其全部数据：任务、分类、运动和饮食记录、每日健康记录以及个人资料。删除后无法恢复。

写邮件给我们

如果你无法登录，请用账号绑定的邮箱写信到 support@ownly.cloud，主题写“Ownly 数据删除申请”。确认申请后，我们会删除该账号及其全部数据。

我们保留什么

什么都不保留，除非出于安全、防范欺诈或法律原因必须留存记录。

Google 和 Apple 账号

删除 Ownly 账号不会删除你的 Google 或 Apple 账号，这些账号请在对应的服务商处管理。如果你是用 Apple 登录的，删除账号时 Ownly 也会放弃对你 Apple ID 的访问权限。
