Acceptance
By creating or using an Ownly account, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Ownly Privacy Policy.
The service
Ownly is a productivity app that helps you organize tasks, schedules, categories, health routines and other personal planning data.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it. Please give accurate information when you sign up with email or a sign-in provider.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Ownly, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
Sign-in providers
You can sign in with Google or Apple. Your use of those providers is also subject to their own terms and policies.
Health information
The health features in Ownly help you keep track of routines such as water, meals and exercise. They are not medical advice, and Ownly is not a medical device.
Termination
You can stop using Ownly and delete your account at any time. Ownly may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if continued access would create a security, legal or operational risk.

Ownly is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
