Information we collect

Account information: your name, your email address and, if you use one, the sign-in provider you chose (Google or Apple).

Content you create: tasks, categories, dates and repeats, health entries such as water, meals, exercise and weight, and preferences such as your theme and language.

Location, only if you allow it: your device uses it to look up local weather from Open-Meteo and the name of your area from the device’s map service. Ownly does not store your location.

How we use information

We use your information to sign you in, sync your data across your devices, personalize the app, keep your account secure and improve Ownly.

Services we rely on

Ownly uses Firebase, a Google service, for sign-in and cloud storage. If you sign in with Google or Apple, that provider confirms who you are under its own privacy policy.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run Ownly, or when the law requires it.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account exists, or as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, your data is deleted as described on the Data deletion page.

Your choices

You can edit or delete anything you create at any time. You can delete your account and all of its data in Settings, or by writing to us. You can stop using Google or Apple sign-in at any time.
